From today im starting the nofap journey.

day 1:

No urges at all. I dont know how long this wil last but i hope for LONG.
when i get more information i will post it as soon as possible i hope more of you guys want to hear more from it. Im personally aiming for 1 year so its going to be one hell of a ride. Wish me luck. LETS GO!!!
