Yes I'm agree it's hard, but we can start making little changes in ours habits. For example if you like to eat 2 snacks in the afternoons you can eat 1 or 1 and 1/2 in the next week. The main idea is make a change less traumautic as possible and give to your body time to adapt to the change.
Little steps= Big Changes!
