Lockdown Awareness

This lockdown helps me to be more awareness about my health, I decided to do excercises and eat healthy food. I feel better with my self and the same time I help and motivate my friends to take this lifestyle.

I want to share with you this picture, this is my snack after my running routine: An organic chocolate bonbon filled with passion fruit, and harvested by local farmers. It was sweetend with honey and was colored with natural aditives.

This chocolate is made with 100% venezuelan cocoa.

it's hard to be healthy during the lockdown. I've been really bad as far as my diet is concerned.

Yes I'm agree it's hard, but we can start making little changes in ours habits. For example if you like to eat 2 snacks in the afternoons you can eat 1 or 1 and 1/2 in the next week. The main idea is make a change less traumautic as possible and give to your body time to adapt to the change.
Little steps= Big Changes!
