The United States Department of Homeland Security has drafted a new law to allow the collection of migrant user data on social media sites, including publications on Facebook, Twitter and others. The Civil Liberties Union and the Electronic Frontier Foundation filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security in America on September 13, after it searched computers and smart phones for 11 passengers without judicial orders, and also reported a search of Facebook accounts of passengers, The Foreign Ministry said it would investigate the records and history of social media for immigrants over five years before granting them US visas, including accurate details about them, such as the aliases they use, and their search results via the Internet. Wara internal security will also work on data collection for each person communicates with any migrant.
