As we are on a football transfer eve day, the business of buying and selling players is intensify as every team is trying to fill in the places it has some issues on. This bring us to the must controversial transfer of the season...
Neymar is a Brasilian star with alot of potential currently playing for PSG but now want to return to his former team BARCELONA.

Barcelona offered 117m euro, Rakitic, Dembele, Todibo all for one player... imaging one player being offered this huge amount of money... as the transfer saga escalate, the player too is willing to pay 18m euro to forced his move out of PSG to join Barcelona.
Real madrid also shows their interests for the player but, lost the race for signing him as he is not willing to play for them.
Barcelona and PSG has not reach an aggreement till now, due to the relationship breakdown between two of them.
As window will be closed on 2nd September 2019. And the way Barcelona is not able to sign the player till next season...
Neymar was said to stay at PSG for the season 2019_20. It was said that he informed his family about his decision.
After all, what do you think might happen on that transfer day close?

Real Madrid did not close the possibility of adding a player before closing time and also, Barca break away the problem of financial fair play regulation as they departed with Coutinho on loan.
