MONGO FRIDAY
Hello STEEMIANS, Because it's Friday I'm cooking mongo bean or mung bean soup for lunch. This is a hearty soup that's excellent to eat by itself or with rice.
It's very easy to prepare:
Boil the beans until they are soft for about 30 - 40 minutes.
Saute the ingredients, ginger, onions, garlic, pork and the mongo bean. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sorry I forget to a take picture when I add mongo bean.
