My Birthday Cake From Last Year

My birthday is this month ( December 31st) and I wanted to share my cake from LAST year. I had to eat it early because the bakery said the cake will only be fresh for a week. I normally buy my cake early and freeze it until my birthday but they said that you can't freeze that cake. Anyways, It was good. I forgot the kind that it was.
