I Sent A Teacher An Inappropriate E-mail

Yes, you read it right. I did it. With my scumbag self. drops scumbag shades
What happened was, I was out sick for 3 days because I had a stomach flu. And the doctor cleared me to go to school after
3 days. I was checking my grades, and I saw I had a D in World History, when I had a B. Out of anger, thinking the teacher did it to pick on me, I sent an e-mail in caps.

Obviously, the teacher was mad. She said she gave me a D because " grades had to go in"
why couldn't she leave my grade alone, why did she have to change it 2 letter grades?
I wasn't missing any assignments. This is another case about my anxiety getting the best of me. Which is why i hate having anxiety. I learned that I should of asked the teacher what happened, there could have been a mere error in the system. If there was an error, its not the teacher's fault. Living with anxiety is hard, it makes you over think things, in my case, make me think people are out to get me. And it makes me made when people say its an excuse. Whether you like it or no, its not an excuse. My anxiety is just different from yours.
