One Week After The Eruption

 I collected few relief goods and old clothes to be distributed to the evacuees.  Friends and even strangers handed their donations. I  also got Php 5, 000 which I used to buy can goods, instant noodles, coffee and sanitary needs for the affected residents of Tagaytay and Batangas. 

Electric and water services are still not available especially in the remote areas but people of the local government unit and private companies are making actions for this. Our area already got the services last night. 

I roamed around the east side of  Tagaytay City yesterday, exactly one week after the phreatic eruption of Taal Volcano. The ash don't fall from the sky anymore but the surface of the mountain ridges, plantation and rooftops are still gray. Some company and business went back to their business operations. People are waiting for the alert level to be lowered from 4 but as of yesternight, Phivolcs still warns the residents that there might be an eruption because the magma movements were observed through earthquakes and enlarging of fissures. The lake inside the crater has already gone, evaporated because of the heat.
