Introduce to Business Communication
Business communication is a important branch of general communication. Communication which takes place betwen the parties concernd with a view to exchanging information or message relating to business is called Business Communication.

Type of Business Communication

1. Daily individual life
   Daily individual life of a man is full of communication. Rising from the bed early in the nirning till going to bed for sleeping in the night, every manspends mostof his time in communicating timewith other people.
2. In Social Life
   Communication influences the social life. In our social life we are to communicate with our relatives, neighburs, political leaders and so on. The modern life can not be updated without effetive communication system.
3. In Religious Life
   For The spread of religion communication is used. Religious leaders inform different aspects of religion to the people. So, in the religious life communication in used comprehensively.
4. In State Affairs
   Communication is used extensively for smooth functioning of the state. It plays a vital role for administering various ministry, depertments and officess of the state. The authority concerned of the various ministry and depertments of the state off and on communicates with the people of the country and people also communicate with the authority if and when needed.
5. In establising International Relations
   Today every country of the world in dependent on other countries in different affairs. That is why every country is to establish and maintain international relations. Improve communication system helps to establish good relations with other countrys.
6. In Case of Business
   Business functions throgh communication. The demand of thesociety is fulfilled throgh the supply from business enterprises and this is possible throgh communication.
7. In case of Industry
   Five M’s i,e, Man, Material, Money, Machine and Method are required in an industry. The co-ordination and integration of these five aspects require effective communication.
8. In Caseof Management
   Management means getting things done by others. To do this, Managers need to communicate with workers or employees at various level of the organization.
9. In Case of Organizational Behaviour
   It means the relationship between employer, employee and the organization itself. Such relationship is created and maintained through formal and informal communication.
10. In Case of Politics
    The policy of the government, the manifesto of political parties and the slogans of the political leaders are the various forms of communication.
