Vermicelli/ noodle with fried tofu & shrimp paste

“Mắm tôm” or Shrimp paste, Fish sauce or " nước mắm'' are popular in many parts of Asia including Vietnam. As a matter of fact, it has long been in the list of “worst smelling foods in the world"..... If you have never seen shrimp sauce or fish sauce, you will feel it tastes very terrible. However, if you have eaten these two sauces, you will feel it is the best sauce.

I have reviewed this dish many times in previous posts, however, I have eaten this noodle dish in many different restaurants.

Material
- Shrimp paste or fish sauce
- Tofu
- Fried spring rolls
- spring rolls young rice
- pork
- blood sausage
- perilla vegetables, oregano
This is a multi-ingredient dish, I can't make this dish at home because there are so many ingredients and I don't have time to prepare.
This is a dish only available in Vietnam, it is a unique cultural feature of Vietnam ,. Vietnamese cuisine is really diverse.
In this dish, there are 2 of my favorite dishes:
blood sausage and Fried spring rolls

How to make blood sausage :
Can make food with pig blood or dog blood
Material:
- dog blood
- Mung beans: 200g
- Fish sauce: 100 ml
- peanut
- Dried onions: 100g
- meat
- Dog fat
How to make Fried spring rolls
Material:
pork
1 onion, 1 kohlrabi, 1 carrot, bean
-mushroom
Rice noodle
3 chicken eggs
Scallions, scallions, coriander, bean sprouts
Pepper, fish sauce, seasoning, chili, garlic, lemon ..
Rice paper
