Hey everyone, I hope you're have a good day. . Today, i'm going to prepare a distinctive dish, grilled fish.

Ingredient

Fish
Michelia tonkinensis
Zanthoxylum Rhetsa,
Dill
Salt, fish sauce, sugar, chili, lemon,..

Just 2 seeds for a fish, this spice is very expensive costing 110 dollars / 1kg
Grilled fish with zanthoxylum rhetsa, michelia tonkinensis is a speciality of the Thai ethnic minority group in the northwestern region of Vietnam. These are the ingredients that make the dish fragrant, they taste great. The herbs and spices needed to make grilled fish include dill, keys ingredient are zanthoxylum rhetsa, michelia tonkinensis ( special kind of pepper found in Vietnam’s northwestern forests) all chopped fine and mixed with salt, fish sauce. Allow the fish to marinate in this mixture, turning the fish several times so that the marinade penetrates evenly.

After the fish has been thoroughly seasoned, its intestine is washed, mixed with spices, then stuffed inside the fish as filling.
Cut out enough aluminium foil to cover the whole fish. Spread on a baking tray and rub all over with some vegetable oil.

I bake the fish in the "air fryer" for about 40 minutes or until the fish is golden brown. Total time will depend on the thickness of the fish but It should have a golden brown skin and well cooked meat. When the fish is about done, brush the sauce all over the fish and continue to cook for another min.

Chop the chillies. Mix the fish sauce and water together and add the lemon juice and sugar, chili. Stir until the sugar melts. Cut more dill. Enjoy fish with dipping sauce and rice. :D
