Ingredient:
- Bananas
- Pig bone
- Perilla
- Scallion
- Turmeric powder
- Salt, seasoning, msg
Step 1:
Preparing and processing green banana is similar to banana tofu braised snails , stew honey fish with banana or honey banana. Slice the bananas lengthways. Peel and cut into 4 cm pieces.Soak them in water about 20-30 mins, if you don't put the banana in the water, it will darken and bitter taste.
Step 2:
I usually use pork bones or pork ribs. Briefly cook the bones in boiling water and discard the water to further remove the impurities from the pork bones, rinse with cold water. Clean the soup pot as well. Drain and return pork bones to pot, add water, add salt, seasoning and cook for 40 minutes or until meat is tender.
Step 3:
Use turmeric flour or peel turmeric, grind and twist to take turmeric juice. Mix banana with turmeric powder and stir-fry banana for about 2-3 minutes then season with salt. Add bananas to the pot of pork bone soup, allow to simmer, lid on, for about 15 - 20 minutes or until the banana is tender. Adjust salt and seasoning, msg accordingly.
Add chopped perilla, chopped green onion and mix. Remove from the heat and serve with rice and it is a very delicious dish.
