I had every intention of sharing this work with you right after I shared that of the Samurai and that is what I just did. I was fortunate last month to come across this portrait and just as I saw it I was curious to see how well a side view representation I did turn out.

The paper I used was stained with old water marks and had colours lent to it by time that were somehow in-line with what I usually like. Well, as I progressed in the work and editing I noticed that the colours were contrasting a lot and put an hold to that idea.
