AKARA

Akara contains a good amount of protein and nutrien, Akara is made from beans and it protein contain supplies the body with strength.
Akara also contains calories and fat because of it oil contain thus , it's adviceable to use a minimal amount of oil while frying akara that's if you are watching your weight to avoid weight gain.. it's also has antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage.. however,you may want to consult a registered dietitian.

Bread

Bread is made from flour
Bread also contains carbohydrates and minerals , it contains high amount of fat, also contains vitamin for better living , it has fiber that can aid digestion , excessive consumption of bread might lead to weight gain therefore it might be important to exercise portion control .
I personally love a soft and tender bread paired with hot akara.. it test better that way giving a yummy bite ..

Zobo juice

Zobo is made from hibiscus dried leaf 🌺 , it's a special juice In Nigeria served at home and even in occasions . I personally made mine, very tasty and best taken when chill.
Zobo is rich in antioxidant like flavonoid which helps in protecting the cells from damage , it contain antioxidant which helps in managing weight gain , Zobo is a fiber plant cultivated mostly in the northern part of Nigeria .
